UW-Whitewater Paddle Battle Pickleball Tournament

Come send off the summer with the UW-Whitewater Pickleball Club! Join us on August 17th-18th for our last tournament of the summer at the Wangerin Tennis Courts. We are offering brackets friendly to all skill levels, all the way from 3.0 to 4.5+. Check out our tentative brackets below:

Mens, Womens, and Mixed Doubles: -3.0-3.5 -3.5-4.0 -4.0-4.5 -4.5+ Mens and Womens Singles: -3.5-4.0 -4.0-4.5 -4.5+

Make sure to look out for our raffle prizes as well at the tournament! The winners of each bracket will receive a first place prize. You do not need a DUPR rating to sign up for this tournament, but you do need a DUPR account to sign up. We will be using the Franklin 40-X ball. Registration will close on Tuesday, August 13th. Tentative start times corresponding to each bracket are below, brackets may be moved or combined depending on number of registrants.

Men’s Singles and Women’s Doubles will begin warmups and registration at 8, and tentatively start game play at 9 on Saturday morning. Women’s Singles and Men’s Doubles will begin warmups and registration at 12:30, and tentatively start gameplay at 1:30 on Saturday afternoon. Mixed Doubles will play on Sunday morning, with warmups and registration starting at 8 and gameplay starting at 9.

All funds raised from our tournaments go towards supporting the UW-Whitewater Pickleball Club and give their students the ability and opportunity to travel and compete against other schools around the country.
